Our staff complement their resident community. Each staff member is a certified caregiver who not only comes with significant experience working with the elder community, but who is also further trained to meet Raksha’s highest standards of care.

Our team includes licensed RCFE Administrators, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and state‑licensed caregivers, with 24‑hour awake staff in every home.

Our staff’s number one priority and greatest tool is communication. Our staff responds very well to case managers, therapists, physicians, families and friends. We believe communication is key in providing the best care to our residents.
